A couple of my photos were featured in this week’s Impossible Project newsletter - April Showers Bring Instant Flowers. I’ve been shooting lots of spring blossoms lately. These particular monochrome flowers are PX100 UV+ shots I made on my recent trip to NYC.
I don’t mention it as often as I should, because I don’t want to be too self-promotey, but my work has been featured in a bunch of Impossible newsletters recently, including The Eight Wonders of the Impossible World (March 6, 2012) and Take a Walk on the Wide Side (February 21, 2012).
It’s always humbling to be included with amazing instant photographers from around the world. The Impossible Project does a wonderful job of spotlighting and connecting artists who use their film … It’s refreshing to work with a company that really gets it.
I remember watching Grant capture footage at the Impossible press conference two years ago … A long time in the making, but I know it’ll be worth the wait!
I get teary-eyed just watching the trailer! I can’t wait for the world to see the whole thing!!

Did the picture turn out?

I don't know. It's still developing on my boob.
I’ve been so smitten with my iPhone lately that I’ve been neglecting my Polaroid cameras. It felt so good to bust out my ProCam over the weekend. (More on Flickr.)
If you like shooting instant film as much as I do, you’ll want to pay a visit to The Impossible Project’s online shop today. They have some terrific Cyber Monday discounts, and they’re also posting hourly deals on Twitter.
