Even though it’s clearly marked “© All Rights Reserved” on Flickr, likeneelyohara and the many people who reblogged it never bothered to ask permission. The photo does link through to Flickr, but it’s not properly credited. If the blogger had contacted me to ask about using it, I probably would have given permission, and I would have had the opportunity to let the blogger know the proper way to credit me as the photographer.
