High-res It’s heartbreaking to think about the last days of Kodachrome, especially since I never got to shoot it. Film is far from dead, but it’s more challenging to find some of my favorite films (when did Portra 800 get so freaking expensive?!) and equally difficult to track down some of the films I really want to shoot (if you have Fuji Natura 1600 you want to get rid of, let me know). But for some reason, I just keep buying film and film cameras. Which sounds expensive, but compared to what I would spend to get comparable results from digital, it’s nothing.
