The chill in the air this morning was the perfect excuse to brew my favorite tea: Cinnamon-Orange from Market Spice in Seattle. I picked up a box when we visited Pike Place Market in June, and I store the pungent bags in a glass jar.
I have noticed that almost any tea tastes 100% better when I drink it from a small Japanese cup. Why is that?
